●Dynamic feedback optimization of bioresource management in a polluted ecosystem.
● Modeling of environmental contaminants altering behaviour
II. Analysis and Modeling of Ecotoxicology
● Acute toxicity modeling of Corbicula fluminea exposed to waterborne metals.
● A physiologically based pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PBPD/PD) model for heavy metal accumulation in fish and shellfish.
● Toxicokinetics and acute toxicity of waterborne arsenic in Corbicula fluminea.
